Hatteland Display and Elektronix are both subsidiaries in the EMBRON Group and belong to the business area EMBRON Technology Solutions. After a longer period of successful cooperation, Elektronix and Hatteland Display will merge into one company. The merged company will be named Hatteland Technology. The new company had revenues in 2018 just below NOK 600 million and employs around 200 people.
The two companies complement each other well and bring unique strengths to the new entity. Our collective market experience, broadened technical knowledge and expanded product portfolio will strengthen and enhance our operations.
The teams are working closely together to integrate operations and we do not expect any disruption in service. Your day-to-day relationship with us will not change, and you will continue to work with the same people you have come to trust over time. The merger will become effective during the first half of 2019 and information regarding formal changes will be communicated in due time.
