Hatteland Display have identified a potential issue in the firmware handling electrical hardware interfaces (IO), affecting Solid State relay, Digital Input, Safety Signal Relay, Brightness Control, Light Sensor, Programmable Alarm LED, Buzzer and Glass Display Control™ (GDC) touch buttons.
This relates to both display and panel computer models.
The issue relates to some possible malfunction when accessing IO. Symptoms include the locking-up of the IO functions, i.e. not possible to read or change related parameters. So if the IO is not in use, it is unlikely that this issue will occur.
Hatteland Display hereby informs you about changes for the following model(s) in order to remedy the issue.
