BIOS: Affects all models except for models with "Y" = R or K.

VCOM : Affects Series X Panel Computers.
Note: Customized models are ALSO affected by this Engineering Change Notification.


EFFECTIVE FROM:
20 April 2015. Affect all units produced as from 20th of April.


CHANGE(S):
BIOS: Solved issue with randomly undetected HID device after "soft" restart/reset (affecting Touch and USB mouse/keyboard).
VCOM: Solved issue with stalled VCOM driver.

Issue related to QM57 chipset: "USB1.1 Devices May Fail to Initialize on Resume from Sx state". Solution (workaround) modification of BIOS according to instructions from Intel. Updated BIOS will be pre-installed on all units produced according to defined dates ("Effective From").


VCOM driver:
------------
Standard OS image's provided by Hatteland Display will be updated according to defined date ("Effective From"). Customer unique OS image(s) have to be updated by customer. In those cases where customer unique image(s) is pre-installed by Hatteland Display at factory, the OS image will be updated after Engineering Change Request (ECR) issued by affected customer.
