During May and after we will upgrade our existing VGA controller board to also support Digital Video Interface (DVI) connection. A single input female DVI-D 24p connector. The DVI interface will give you the possibility to use digital RGB signal transfers instead of analog transfers, if your PC or compatible system supports it.
This will give you sharper images, and accurate color representation, and a third input in addition to the already existing analog RGB Input and Video Input on our standard MMD models.
All functions remains the same as previous models, and the new DVI interface is backwards compatible with your existing system, and there will be no change in part numbers.
NOTE: All new factory produced models will have this new controller installed.Maritime Multi Display (MMD) models which are subject for engineering change:
