Hatteland TechnologyAS is not responsible for any data loss resulting from software/hardware failure and the customer is advised to backup critical data regularly.
We reserve the right to erase any harddrive HDD / SSD as deemed necessary to diagnose and test the product, and return the product with the same software as when sold.
Backup and preservation of HDD/SSD contents can be provided as an additional servicewhere possible.(Cost may be added). If required, please note this in the Error Description field.
