Hatteland Display the leading manufacturer of type approved display and computer systems for the maritime market launches in March 2012 its latest product range, Series X.
The range is available as a Display or a Panel PC (thats a computer integrated inside the display casing), and that applies for all 7 sizes launching this spring (8, 13 wide, 12, 15, 17, 19 and 24 wide inch sizes). 26 inch widescreen will be available in Q3 2012. 
The features include sleek glass bridge design, Glass Display Control™ (GDC), optional Optical Bonding technology, High Bright performance, Wide Screens, LED displays across the board, Multi-power as standard and Multi-Touch.
And as far as the panel PC versions, a choice of high performance or entry level processors, SSD or HDD storage mediums, CAN Bus interfaces, various OS options and much more. The whole range as with all Hatteland Display products is type approved to IEC 60945 and thus will be recognized by the major classification societies. Series X joins the Series 1 (core product line of the past decade), multiplying the Hatteland Display product offering and enhancing choice and opportunity for the system integrator. While the established Series 1 range provides ongoing stability of platform, the new Series X represents a purposeful stride in the direction of PC and Display technological evolution. In doing so, the modern design incorporates state-of-the-art features that Hatteland Display believes this market is ready for.
