HT B18 compact FAN less is Hatteland Displays new high end series without moving parts. HT B18 is ideal for ECDIS mandatory systems, dual DVI-D, Hatteland Display multipower (auto switch) and as the HT C01 computer compliant and approved according to IEC61162-1.
HT B17 system is the slim version of the HT B18 ideal for LAN-Display systems, with is dual Giga bit LAN and dual DVI-D which you can read more about below.
New Compact Fanless Computer, the HT B17 STD:As the End of Life announcements of the previous HT B07 and HT B08 computers has been communicated earlier this year, we find it appropriate to now remind you of the new HT B17 with improved performance. We talked the first time about this computer in the December issue of Visions. With an enhanced cooling system, both the new HT B17 and HT B18 are high quality computers with a long operational life time, and low service costs.
This computer has high end Intel® Core™2Duo design and is completely silent under operation, due to the removal of fans and rotating hard-drives. It has dual DVI outputs, totally solid state storage which ensures fast data transfers and minimum boot time. In addition, the absence of any fans makes it, with no moving parts, a neatly packaged system for the maritime segment.
It has dual Gigabit ethernet ports and is equipped with new motherboards incorporating the latest technology, increased computing performance and lower power consumption.
It also features Hatteland Display's proprietary Heat Pipe Cooling Technology and Interchangeable CPU's. Multi-power (both AC and DC power) is standard on all models making them compatible with power systems on any vessel, improving flexibility for system integrators and shipbuilders.
More precisely, the multi-power accepts simultaneous 115/230 VAC and 24VDC inputs, all in accordance with 60945.
Furthermore, a redundancy switchover feature of the power from AC to 24DC is present. If the AC power should be lost, the user will still have an uninterrupted switchover and continued operation.
