The date for our customer seminar is set and will take place on the 19th of October, in Asker (Oslo). Invitations have been forwarded from our Sales organization. If you have not received an invitation and would like to join our customer seminar, please feel free to send me a short notification. Main topic for the seminar will be ECDIS Mandatory and we are pleased to inform you that DNV will join the seminar.
The Naval & Defense segment is a key growth area, and in this Visions edition you can read about the upcoming Euronaval international event and our presence at that show this year. It will take place during the last week of October 2010. We invite you to visit our booth to get a first hand view of our existing and upcoming products aimed at the military naval segment.
Wide screen has been a hot topic in the last years, and it has proved to be difficult for the Maritime Market to find the right size to meet different standards for ECDIS and Radar systems. Earlier this month we announced that we will develop and produce a 26 inch wide screen in 16:10 format. With a stable supply in place, and, consistent with Hatteland Display's policy of ensuring long term product lifecycle, this display will be available in the market for years to come.
