BIOS update for HT B30

Abnormal failure rate have been discovered at HT B30 systems, the symptom is random freeze, random reboot or random blue screen.
For those customers that may have experienced this issue, the typical failure rate is (MTBF) 100h-1000h for systems equipped with m.2 SSD and >1500h for system equipped with 2.5" SSD.

The root cause is related to the signal quality of SVID signals, affecting the transition of SVID communication for CPU frequency/voltage.

Solution for units in field is BIOS update, which inhibit use of SVID communication.
