Series X Generation 2 update due to component availability for motherboard

Effective from:

25 May 2022. Internal LAN chip gradual implementation from May 2023.

Changes:

- Internal LAN chip replaced due to end of life, Realtek RTL8111G-CG replaced with RTL8111H-CG.
- Internal Audio chip replaced due to end of life, ALC662-VD0-GR replaced with ALC888S.
- Internal LAN chip replaced due to end of life, Intel® Ethernet Controller I211-AT replaced with Intel® Ethernet Controller I210-AT.
- BIOS updated to support new Audio chip, ALC888S.

Additional information:

Tested and approved according to Hatteland Technology processes. IEC 60945 and IACS-E10 approvals maintained. No functionality impacts.

Note
Realtek LAN:
Standard Windows OS image delivered by Hatteland Technology have required drivers pre-installed,
currently used driver version 10.36.701.2019.
Customer Windows OS image which contains driver version older than 10.018.0526.2017 must be
updated.

Intel LAN:
Standard Windows OS image delivered by Hatteland Technology have standard Intel® drivers package with multi chip support pre-installed.

For OS not provided by Hatteland Technology, please see chip manufacturer homepage for suitable driver.
