New internal Memory Chip (on video scaler) for Industrial Standard Displays (STD) - Series X

Hatteland Display hereby informs about changes for the following model(s):
HD 12T21 STD-yyy-yyyy
HD 15T21 STD-yyy-yyyy
HD 17T21 STD-yyy-yyyy
HD 19T21 STD-yyy-yyyy
HD 24T21 STD-yyy-yyyy
HD 26T21 STD-yyy-yyyy

Notice: Customized models are ALSO affected by this Engineering Change Notification.

HD 12T21 STD-yyy-yyyy

Effective from:

Gradual introduction, starting deliveries in April 2018.

Changes:

- New RAM chip (due to obsolescence) - new Firmware introduced to adopt for the RAM chip update.
- Update on touch power function to ensure touchscreen controller is off when unit is off.

Additional information:

Firmware changes for video scaler:
12", 15", 19" and 24inch - OLD: RAP_YYYY_160216R0V01. NEW: RAP_YYYY_171002R3V01.
17" and 26" - OLD:RAP_YYYY_170120R0V01. NEW: RAP_YYYY_171002R3V01.

Hardware update is tested and approved. We do not expect any change in behaviour during use related to new firmware. Traceability using serial number, no change in typenumbers and article numbering/naming.
