Updated GDC (keypad) HW and supporting FW for Series X T21 STD Monitors and Series X T21 MMC panel computers

MMC: Deliveries from February 2023.
STD: Deliveries from April 2023

Additional information:

Tested and approved according to IEC60945, IACS-E10 and Hatteland Technology internal test and verification processes. HW components modified to avoid obsolescence of the GDC keypad module. As a consequence of the HW update, FW is updated to maintain the same functionality.

Running change, traceable by Serial Number. Current and updated scaler board has identical technical specifications, the updated components are related to the power supply section.

Firmware Change log:
1. Support New GDC rev4

Old Video Scaler FW version: RAP_yyyy_190423R3V01
New Video Scaler FW version: RAP_yyyy_230201R4V01
