Memory Modules (RAM) for 8 inch and 13 inch Panel Computers - Series X

Current RAM (1GB and 2GB on-board memory for main computer motherboard) is now End of Life (EOL) from our manufacturer and Hatteland Display hereby informs about implemention phase for the new memory modules applicable for the following model(s):
HD 08T21 xxx-xxx-xxxx
HD 13T21 xxx-xxC-xxxx
HD 13T21 xxx-xxG-xxxx

Notice: This only applies for Panel Computers with Intel® Atom™ N450 CPU. Customized models are ALSO affected by this Engineering Change Notification.

HD 08T21 xxx-xxx-xxxx

Effective from:

1 November 2013. Applicable for units manufactured/delivered after 1st of November 2013.

Changes:

Introduction of new RAM series, TS128MSQ64V8U-I and TS256MSQ64V8U-I, is tested and classified according to IEC60945 and IACS-E10. These are of industrial grade with operational temperature range -40C to +85C.

Additional information:

Specifications and available memory sizes remains unchanged. Product Typenumbers for 8 and 13 inch models remains also unchanged. Please contact your Sales Representative for test units.
