New Firmware: FW100003 - 0A16 -> FW100003 - 0A17
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Fix issue of data saving, when long pressing Brightness buttons.
When the "Power Mode - Previous State" setting is enabled in BIOS, issues may arise if the "Brilliance" buttons are pressed and held for an extended period. This can lead to errors in the preservation of the "Previous State" setting. In the event of a power outage, the panel computer may not properly remember the "Previous State". This issue is pertinent to devices delivered between Q4 2022 and Q4 2023 (Contact us if you have any problems outside of this period). A firmware update can rectify this issue. It is recommended to update the firmware for devices utilizing the "Power Mode - Previous State" setting that were delivered within this timeframe. However, if "Power Mode - Previous State" is not being used, a firmware update is not necessary.
The "Power Mode - Previous State" function can be modified in BIOS as follows: Navigate to BIOS setting: Advanced > SCOM Bus Configuration > Power Mode > Previous State. The default setting is ‘Always On’ “
