LAST TIME BUY - CURRENT MODEL(S):
Product Distribution End Date:
a) Affects/regulates the business transactions between Hatteland Display and its direct customers.
b) As long as the terms below are met, the ongoing distribution towards end users is not limited.
Conditions:
1) Last Time Buy for Hatteland Display products including the Win XP Pro / Win XP Emb OS is 1st of September 2016.
2) The purchase process/transaction between Hatteland Display and its direct customer has to be completed before 31st of December 2016. This means that (payment) for the Hatteland Display product including the Win XP Pro / Win XP Emb OS must have been received by this date.
3) Delivery of the product including the Win XP Pro / Win XP Emb by Hatteland Display and the activation of the license can take place later than 31st of December 2016, as long as points 1 & 2 above have been fulfilled.
