EFFECTIVE FROM:
3 June 2013. All units produced after this date will have new firmware version.

CHANGE(S):
- Touch Screen controller firmware update to fix issue with connection lost after 5-6 days (see below for exact version numbering).


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Review attached updates of User Manual (MMD, MMC, STD) for 12-24 inch models with added General Touch Screen information, as well as procedure on how to update Touch Screen firmware on-site.

How to determine your current Touch Screen Firmware version: - Example for Microsoft® Windows® 7 as follows: "Device Manager/Mice and other/HID compliant mouse/Details/Hardware id/Rev Vxxxx", where "Vxxxx" is:

12 inch units: New=V1002 - Previous=V1001
15, 17, 19 and 24 inch units: New=V1001 - Previous=V1000
