Information about defective MMD products in Sep. and Oct. 2002

Our production has proven a failure for the MMD series product line, which we need to inform you about. This problem may concern products delivered in September and parts of October.

(Problem will not occur in products shipped from Hatteland after 2002.10.11)
JH 20T03 MMD

Description / Sympton(s):

- When brightness is adjusted to MAX in temperatures above 25deg C and/or left on for 5 minutes or more, the picture may start flashing or screen goes black.

Solution:

This problem has to be solved in our service department, and products with this problem will have our highest attention.

Please contact us (your normal contact person) to get a RMA number for you to use for the panels.

Make a printout of this page, add the RMA number, (make notes if needed) and let this page follow the shipment.
