Firmware update affecting Series X MMD/STD Displays, 12 to 26 inch

Hatteland Display hereby informs about changes for the following model(s):
HD yyT21 yyD-yyy-yyyy

Notice: Customized models are ALSO affected by this Engineering Change Notification.

HD yyT21 yyD-yyy-yyyy

Effective from:

1 June 2019. For existing units, available May 2019.

Changes:

- Now supports extended address mode (removed limitation of 16 units).

Additional information:

This update is not mandatory, this is only required for installations when/where more than 16 units are controlled/accessed over the same SCOM bus.

MMD units can be updated in field, please contact HelpDesk for tools and guidelines.
STD units require that the update is performed by Hatteland Display or by approved service partners.
